2010 SEED Awards


The 2010 SEED Awards are now open. The SEED Initiative, founded by UNEP, UNDP and IUCN, and supported by the European Union, Germany, India, the Netherlands, Spain, South Africa, the UK and the USA, identifies and supports promising small scale social and environmental entrepreneurs around the globe, entrepreneurs that while working towards a greener economy also tackle poverty, marginalisation and social exclusion. This year there is a focus on Africa. Details about the award, how to apply, and the eligibility criteria are in the attached document. The deadline for applications is 16th July 2010.
